The usurper manager

There are people who never create, innovate or encourage growth.

As managers or occupiers of positions of power, these people are almost always usurpers, depriving their subordinates of the things due to them like bonuses, promotions and fair treatment.

It’s always mindful to know that people don’t leave jobs disgruntled because of working conditions, they leave because of these usurpers.
