Eat less

Eating efficiently almost always leads to sleeping efficiently.

Simply put, if you eat less, you are more likely to sleep less, freeing your time up for optimal activity.

It’s almost apparent that we weren’t designed to eat to be full, particularly with the metabolic reaction that often slow us down after a heavy meal.
