Non-reaction

The most effective way to stop being emotional, if you are prone to being triggered emotionally by others, is non-reaction.

You decide that you won’t lash out or display any form of emotion for the next 60 to 90 days because you can.

You are not your emotions. And it should never decide how you live life.
