Sleep listening

If you want to alter your subconscious about anything, record yourself, stating in the present tense that the desire has already been accomplished, and play it back over and over, throughout the night as you sleep.

Start this way: “I am so happy and grateful that I…(fill in the blank with the achievement).

The imprinting of your voice on your subconscious mind will be so visceral that your brain won’t be able to distinguish fact from fiction. It would go to work to figure out how to make the stated desire a reality.
