Emotionalize it

If you ask anyone, they know what to do to be happy. They know to be nice to their bodies; to workout; eat right and hang around inspirational people.

They also know to be nice to other people; to be kind, supportive and loving to friends and family.

So why don’t they do what they know? Because they know these things mentally and have never taken the time to emotionalize it through meditation and visualization.
