Not-to-do list

Successful people often keep a to-do list in order to keep their performances on track.

What a smaller number of these people do aside from making a to-do list, is keep a not-to-do list too, to prevent them from dissipating their energy.

Scientifically speaking, the biggest performance inhibitor is multitasking and if there’s any reason at all you might want to adopt the use of a not-to-do list, it’s to keep you away from this major performance inhibitor.
