Manage your mind

Your mind is the blueprint of your life. What you put into it will eventually find its way into your lived experience.

If your current experiences of life are not so appealing to you, then it is time to go on a diet from the predominant videos, music and books with which you have fed your mind.

Recognize that if you want your life to change you may have to your mind with stuff that reflects the experiences you want to have.
