Gaslighting

The thing with gaslighting is that one begins to think his or her suspicions are made up. ‘It’s all in my head,’ an individual might conclude.

But if it’s in your head, then it is a possibility to consider.

Things don’t just pop up in your head for you to consider as fact. Rather, your brain recognizes and analyzes patterns of behaviour, nuances and timing with such effectiveness so that your suspicions might not be far-fetched after all.
