In view of a second lockdown

With the likelihood of a second lockdown in many parts of the world, what lessons did you learn from the first one?

While the first wave of the pandemic was distressing enough, it presented us with the opportunity of time to be with family members, improve ourselves and adjust to working remotely.

Now, if you missed out on that opportunity due to, maybe because of the conspiracy theory hysteria that dominated social media and or the mental apathy that got peddled by the news media, what are you going to do differently now? Answering these questions are really critical in these times.
