Put all the pictures of things you want to accomplish over the next six months in this book and write a statement—in the present tense—about how you feel with the accomplishment of these goals.
Read this book aloud every morning when you get up, carefully looking at the pictures, and if you can, add a unique music score during these sessions to heighten the experience.
