Voicing insecurities

Voicing your insecurities is like punching yourself in the face, don’t do it.

Don’t say you aren’t good enough even if you feel exactly that way in certain situations. Don’t use ‘if,’ whenever you talk about your expectations, rather, say, ‘when’.

On a subconscious level, the words you use are like maps, telling you a lot about what’s happening in your mind. So, if you want to chart into new territories of success mentally, you’ve got to learn not to say things that sabotage you in any way.

‘I am good enough.’ ‘I am smart enough.’ ‘And whatever goals I seek to achieve this week, you will achieve.’ Talk to yourself like this.
