Embodying worth

Many people self-sabotage themselves when good things happen in their lives because often, they think it’s too good to be true, and they are not worthy.

But to live your life this way simply means that you are going to miss out on a lot of good opportunities, things and people. And this is not because you aren’t worthy of good, but because you think you aren’t worthy, and so, you find ways to sabotage yourself and lose the good stuff that comes to you.

To fix this, you are going to start thinking and telling yourself that you are worthy. Forgive and forget the past errors you’ve made and begin to embody worth. When next something good happens to you, be grateful and tell yourself over and over, ‘ I am worthy of this.’
