Many people don’t talk about it but mind management is a very vital aspect of becoming and staying successful.
What do I mean by ‘mind management’? I mean, regulating your thoughts as the precursor to your words, actions, habits and outcomes. The average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day, most of them subconscious. For context, four in every five thoughts are negative, particularly when you haven’t learnt how to be present with your mind to regulate your thoughts.
A good exercise for learning how to manage your mind is meditation because, through it, you learn to be aware of what you are thinking about per time. In addition, focus on reading and watching wholesome materials that correlate with what you want to achieve in your life. The mind is a terrible thing to waste, so don’t let it. Manage it.
