The ideal customer…

If beginning with the end in mind is the utmost habit to have, as Stephen Covey suggests, customers are the utmost priority for every venture.

Who is your ideal customer, Gen-X, millennial or baby boomer? Where does your ideal customer hang out, online, or at the country club? How do your ideal customers want to be served, buffet, home-delivery, video or written text?

If you can’t figure out the answers to these questions, stop wasting time and money, and get a job.
