Fellowship vs authority

If you teach anyone—kids, friends or colleagues—anything at all, do it by fellowship, not authority.

It is better to have others interact with subjects by themselves rather than instruct them on what to do or how.

If they learn anything by you, let it be because you led them to find the answers for themselves and not because you told them your conclusions.
