Who’s your customer? Your customer is someone you serve in some capacity, without whom, you do not get the satisfaction of serving and he or she doesn’t get the satisfaction of being served.
Many times, what you serve to others is a solution to a problem or the filling of a void. It is the offering of direction, hope or love whether you write books, or help your neighbour walk her dogs.
In every sense, every relationship you possess is a ‘customer-relationship,’ and if you want to keep your customers, you’ve got to prioritize them.
