The fishbowl

It’s funny how many people wear masks, trying to fit into the narrative that others might have of them.

And I use the word, ‘might’ because they are not sure if they’ll be judged, rejected or ostracized for being their true selves.

Instead of keeping up appearances, it’s better to continue to work on improving oneself. After all, we all live in a fishbowl, and it isn’t difficult to spot who you are.
