Pronouns for teaming

Pronouns are a great place to start when you get married or join a company. ‘I’ becomes ‘we’; ‘mine’ becomes ‘ours’ and ‘me’ becomes ‘us.’

Consciously replacing your usages when referring to you and your spouse or business partner(s) can be challenging at first, but don’t worry, you’ll get a hang of it as time passes.

This is the first repositioning I find that couples and teams in business must make if their marriage or business venture is going to last.

Your words are like a GPS that help you navigate through the intricacies of being a former lone wolf.
